By making any purchase or payment on the Shoplix platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
All payments made for product purchases, memberships, subscriptions, activation fees, digital services, and wallet-based services are generally non-refundable unless specifically mentioned in this policy.

Note: No cash refunds are provided for physical goods; only replacements are applicable.
All Membership Packages (including Start-up Plans and Prime Memberships), activation fees, and subscription services are strictly non-refundable once activated or successfully purchased.
In case of duplicate payment deductions, users must report the issue within 24–48 hours with valid proof (UTR number/Transaction ID). Resolution will be provided after internal verification.
Any attempt to abuse the dispute system, submit fake unboxing videos, or use fake screenshots will result in:
Estimated delivery timelines are generally 3–7 business days. Shoplix shall not be liable for delays caused by external logistics providers, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details provided by users.
Shoplix Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The latest version published on the website or mobile application shall be considered final.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Asansol, West Bengal, India.
