Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Overview

At Shoplix Innovations Private Limited (“Shoplix”, “we”, “our”), we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable experience to all users. By making any purchase or payment on the Shoplix platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All payments made for product purchases, memberships, subscriptions, activation fees, digital services, and wallet-based services are generally non-refundable unless specifically mentioned in this policy.

2. Physical Products – Return & Replacement Policy

Eligible Cases: Users may request a replacement only if:

  • The delivered product is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.

Reporting Time: Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Proof Requirement: To support replacement claims, users must provide:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video.
  • Product photos showing the specific issue.
  • Valid order details.

Verification Process: All replacement requests are subject to verification by Shoplix and its logistics partners. Once approved, a replacement will be dispatched depending on product availability.

Note: No cash refunds are provided for physical goods; only replacements are applicable.

3. Recharge & Bill Payment (BBPS) Policy

  • Final Transactions: All Prepaid, Postpaid, Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband, Fastag, and DTH payment transactions are considered final. Users are responsible for verifying all details before payment.
  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction shows “Success” but the service is not delivered, users must report the issue within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: Verified failed transactions will be resolved through a recharge retry, refund to the Shoplix Wallet, or refund to the original payment source in exceptional technical cases, at the company’s discretion.
  • Third-Party Services: Shoplix is not responsible for delays caused by operators, banks, or payment gateways.

4. Membership & Subscription Policy

All Membership Packages (including Start-up Plans and Prime Memberships), activation fees, and subscription services are strictly non-refundable once activated or successfully purchased.

5. Shopping Wallet & Promotional Points

  • No Cash Value: Wallet points, cashback, and shopping points are for platform usage only. They do not represent legal tender and cannot be converted into cash or transferred to bank accounts/UPI IDs.
  • Company Rights: Shoplix reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional benefits without prior notice.

6. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payment deductions, users must report the issue within 24–48 hours with valid proof (UTR number/Transaction ID). Resolution will be provided after internal verification.

7. Misuse, Fraud & Policy Violations

Any attempt to abuse the dispute system, submit fake unboxing videos, or use fake screenshots will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination.
  • Forfeiture of all wallet balances and rewards.
  • Legal action wherever applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are generally 3–7 business days. Shoplix shall not be liable for delays caused by external logistics providers, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details provided by users.

9. Policy Updates

Shoplix Innovations Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The latest version published on the website or mobile application shall be considered final.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Asansol, West Bengal, India.
